I've deleted their art from the folder, but they're not showing up in manage members, so I can't kick them out. Any ideas?

I know how you go to admin, manage members, go to block and type their user name in and he's blocked
I just did it for my group (even though he never posted in any)
btw it only works with just the username

Just blocked him, and i sent a note to the help desk earlier, so hopefully he won't be around much longer.
